Create a Flat Single Crochet Circle with Joined Rounds

Creating a flat circle is as easy as evenly increasing each round of single crochet. For a seamless look, a single crocheted flat circle can be created by working in continuous rounds; or, as this post demonstrates, it can be created with joined rounds.

Continue to work your circle until it is the desired size. Remembering to chain 1 at the beginning and joining at the end of each round, continue to work the increases as follows:

6th round: Work an increase in every 5th stitch...

7th round: Work an increase in every 6th stitch...

8th round: Work an increase in every 7th stitch... etc ...
